Millions of lifeless fish present in Australian river

Locals in a regional Australian city have woken to search out tens of millions of lifeless fish of their river.

The large-scale fish deaths had been first reported on Friday morning in New South Wales’ city of Menindee.

The state’s river authority mentioned it was a results of an ongoing heatwave affecting the Darling-Baaka river.
