Lue was requested if he has any issues making an attempt to reincorporate Powell when he returns with the group enjoying a few of its greatest basketball of the season of late.
“We always have concerns because Norm’s a big part of what we’ve done all year,” Lue stated. “When a guy’s out this long and then you kind of go on a streak and you’re playing good basketball, you’re always concerned about it. But he sees how we’re playing.
“We’re enjoying the proper approach and he is been nice for us all 12 months, and so it should not — it will not be arduous to include him again. Just getting him wholesome is a very powerful factor, and we simply wish to ensure he will get sufficient video games in so it will not occur prefer it did final 12 months when he needed to come again for these final two play-in video games — he had no rhythm … and so it actually was unfair to him. So simply hoping we are able to get him again prior to later.”
